Our antique valuations are free of charge and give you a realistic estimate of the price that your items are likely to achieve if sold at auction with us.
Our expert valuers and auctioneers use their experience and knowledge of the current marketplace to offer the estimate. They will also suggest which of our upcoming auctions will give you the best chance of reaching interested buyers.
Request a free antique valuation online
Requesting an auction valuation is easy. Each of our department pages has a form for you to fill in with a brief description of your items, an image (if possible) and your details. If you’re not quite sure which department is the right fit for your item, please fill in the form below and it will be referred to the appropriate valuer.
The very best way for us to assess your items is in person. This gives our valuers chance to carefully appraise condition and take in all of the details. We are sometimes able to offer on the spot valuations if you call at our J36 saleroom, but it’s better to phone and arrange an appointment in advance (please call 015395 66201). That way, we can be sure that the right expert valuer is available and that they have plenty of time to fully appraise your item(s).
