Sunday 13th June saw the conclusion of another successful online-only timed auction of books at 1818 Auctioneers.

This being the third sale of the year and the largest yet with over 130 lots.

The top price going to a selection of Economic and Financial History books with a hammer price of £310.

Other highlights include Four Folio Society Fairy Books – hammer price £210; a copy of Lowe’s Natural History of New and Rare Ferns (1862) – hammer price £125; and a small selection of Local History books with Shap interest – hammer price £260.
